Transformers: High Heels in Disguise

I was reading my latest issue of Time Magazine (I have to stay up on the current world affairs, peoples), and I found a great new age shoe for my fearless fabulites....

Camileon Heels
Ladies, are you tired of switching up from your stilettos to flats or sneakers as you travel en route to work or play? Well, with the help of
Camileon heels, you can transform your much needed walking flats into stilettos in a few steps. These transformable heels can be changed from flats to stilettos with a few flicks of the wrists without even having to remove the shoes from your pretty little feet!

According to its creators,
[the] genesis came from inside a New York City taxi cab one sunny day in
1989. As my brother, David, rode down Manhattan's 5th Avenue, he couldn't help
but notice that many of the beautifully dressed women walking to and from work
along the city sidewalk wore sneakers on their feet. At the time, David's two
young sons enjoyed playing with "Transformers - robots in disguise." As he
watched these fashionable women walk, David wondered, "If they can turn robots
into high-performance vehicles, surely there must be a way to transform a high
heel into a low-heeled, comfort version of the very same shoe."

Check out some of the styles on their official website. While I tend to go for a slightly funkier look in my heel selection, they definitely have some great staple heels for your shoe palette, i.e., standard black pumps, slingbacks, beige/black two tone pumps, etc.
Although wearing stilettos is ultra sexy, you have to preserve your sexy by protecting your feet...
Have a great day and keep it strictly stylish!

I don't know.....of course the idea is great, but I remember when I've tried to have the heel cut down on my shoes, I was always told that they could cut off so much because the shoe would look strange. So to go from high heel to flat and still look sane, I don't know.

I think these are fabulous! I can't wait to get some of these. What a genius idea! I just saw them on Stacy London's new talk show too. They must be wonderful!
